Sample Itinerary*

Day 1 – Enjoy the gulf towns of Baja California Sur
We pick you up at ur hotel in Loreto and start the journey north, stopping to visit the historic towns of Mulegé and Santa Rosalía, before arriving in San Ignacio and checking into your accommodations, then enjoying a dinner on the plaza.

Day 2 – Let’s meet the whales!
After breakfast and head out on the drive towards the Lagoon. Arriving at the Whale Camp we don our gear and head out on the water for a day of whale watching! We then return to San Ignacio and enjoy dinner in town, with a possible movie night!

Day 3 – Rock Art Exploration
We make an early morning of it and after a quick burrito breakfast we pack up and head into the mountains to meet our mules and ride to Cueva Palmarito where we can appreciate the remnants of a culture yet unknown. We camp this evening at a local ranch and appreciate the delights of a homemade meal.

Day 4 – Heading home
After a relaxed morning, with the possibility of trying your hand at goat milking and tortilla making, we pack up and start the drive back to Loreto. Pack your swimsuits: there is an opportunity for a short stop and a dip in the Sea of Cortez at one fo the famous Conception Bay beaches.
